B2b e-commerce is relevanter dan ooit. Het afgelopen jaar heeft 90% van de zakelijke bestellers online besteld. De online zakelijke bestedingen zijn het afgelopen jaar gegroeid: gemiddeld met 13% en bij grote bedrijven (250+ werknemers) zelfs met 47%. De zakelijke besteller verwacht dat over vijf jaar gemiddeld 75% van alle bedrijfsaankopen online gedaan wordt. Daarnaast verwacht bijna de helft van de kopers over vijf jaar meer dan 90% online te bestellen.
Dit blijkt uit de B2B E-commerce Markt Monitor 2022, een grootschalig onderzoek naar het gedrag en de voorkeuren van zakelijke online bestellers. Uitgevoerd door Ipsos in opdracht van Currence, De Nieuwe Zaak, Intershop, PostNL en Thuiswinkel.org. Download het hele rapport hieronder.
