Kunstmatige intelligentie (Artificial Intelligence, AI) wordt steeds meer ge?ntegreerd in het retaillandschap. Deze integratie vraagt om geharmoniseerde regels in Europa. Thuiswinkel.org en Ecommerce Europe, de Europese koepelorganisatie waar Thuiswinkel.org bij is aangesloten, zijn erg tevreden met het initiatief van de Europese Commissie om geharmoniseerde regels over Artificial Intelligence vast te stellen, maar hebben er wel een aantal kanttekeningen bij.
Belangrijkste aanbevelingen
Herzie de huidige definitie van AI zodat zij aangepast is aan regelgevingsdoeleinden.
Herzie de categorie?n en definities van "AI-systemen met een hoog risico" om te zorgen voor juridische precisie en focus op AI-specifieke risico's.
Herzie de vereisten voor AI met een hoog risico, zodat deze rekening houden met AI-specifieke kenmerken, technische haalbaarheid en bestaande wetgeving en internationale normen.
Herzie verboden AI-casussen om te zorgen dat deze specifiek zijn en niet voor velerlei interpretatie vatbaar.
